The purpose of the society is to establish and maintain a non-profit fund in the Campbell River Region that will provide emergency financial assistance to income-challenged guardians/parents of children facing life threatening illness, injury, or in the event of death.
The Society offers a variety of therapeutic health, social and recreational programs designed to assist individuals and families with long term related problems.
The Campbell River and District Association for Community Living is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to advocate for services and/or provide services for people with special needs and their families who live in the Campbell River area.
The Campbell River and North Island Transition Society is a non-profit registered society and registered Charitable Organization. The CRNITS was formed in 1985 for the purpose of providing service to women and children who are dealing with issues of abuse and violence.
Youth adults 12 – 19 are taught wilderness survival techniques, have a marching band, learn first aid and learn to fly. CRAYA is the Parent Sponsoring Committee for our Air Cadets.
