Planning for Fundraising Success

Wednesday October 26th, 2011
9:30 am to 4pm

About the workshop:
Is your organization fundraising but not certain if you are maximizing opportunities? Are you dabbling in fundraising but do not have a comprehensive plan and measurement tool? This full-day workshop will start with a review of the art and science of fund development and end with a diversified and sustainable fund development plan.

The morning will be spent on understanding fund development from a systems perspective and conducting an audit of your current activities. The afternoon will be pulling together a 1-3 year plan, refining your case for support and discussing measurement and evaluation tools.

This workshop is suitable for Executive Directors, fundraising staff, administrators and board members.  After registration, you will be given a list of information to gather for your audit. The workshop will be most beneficial for those people that can register early enough to gather the suggested information.
