Spirit Week and Volunteer Hours Tally


Campbell River Spirit Week is Monday February 1st to Sunday, February 7th. 
Volunteers are always willing to lend a hand, help a neighbour and support a cause. They are a huge part of the spirit of our community.  Please help us show our community spirit during Spirit week by taking a volunteer hours tally for all the volunteer hours in your organization during this week and call or email your total hours into the Volunteer Centre by Tuesday, Feb. 9th at 2 pm.  Thank you!

Volunteer Canada has announced that beginning January, 2010, when you sign up for a volunteer opportunity with a participating organization (and the volunteer commitment is completed and verified) the volunteer will receive a one day admission pass to Walt Disney World or Disneyland theme park FREE! Disneyparks, working with Volunteer Canada and Hands On Network, hopes to inspire families to volunteer in their communities during 2010 through this unique pilot program.
